When preparing to close a house for the season, it is
important to go through the fridge and use up what you can. Hence, our
delicious frittata with salsiccia (sausage), pattate (potatoes), pomodori
(tomatoes), pepperoni rossi (red peppers), zucchini, cippole (onions), and
melanzane (eggplant). The thing was great the first day, and just as good
reheated today. Yesterday, I paired it with a nice ciabatta roll with black olives.
