Foodtopia Moments

Pizza Netti
My pizza from last night was to die for.  Ristorante Netti has about 50 different specialty pizzas to choose from, but their namesake pie is a must for first time visitors. They bake the pizza with buffalo mozzarella in a wood fired oven. As soon as they remove it from the oven, the place chopped pomodorini (small tomatoes), arugula, shavings of grana padano (similar to parmesan cheese) and olive oil. The tomatoes are just beginning to sweat their juices as it arrives at the table.
