Foodtopia Moments

In Rome I had some great meals, but two items stood out in particular. One was an appetizer of zucchini, cheese and anchovies battered and fried. It might sound strange, but it was delicious. Another dish was at a restaurant in Rome between il Coloseo and the Spanish Steps. The dish consisted of roasted chestnut pasta with wild boar gravy.
