Foodtopia Moments

Pranzo (lunch) was prepared today by the fine people at Lido Azzurro in Pescara. We had
Frittura mista
Soglia in aqua pazza
a table right at the edge of the beach in perfect view of the sea. We had spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce, chitarra al scoglia (chitarra pasta with a mix of fish including clams, mussels, calamari and shrimp), soglio in acqua pazza (sole in crazy water), and a frittura mista (mixed fried fish including calamari and alici – fresh sardines). Lunch was delicious and the view was excellent.
