One of my summer guilty pleasures here is breakfast. This week, I found that the bakery I go to and get focaccia in the mornings has a new flavor. It's a focaccia with tomato sauce and a spattering of anchovy pieces. It is absolutely delicious. I also got a piece of the zucchini focaccia, which has thinly sliced zucchini under a transparently thin layer of dough on top. It's perfectly seasoned, though they don't use the traditional anchovies in this version. I had some for breakfast and at lunch today.
