Foodtopia Moments

When my cousin Renato and his wife Dorette arrived today, we decided to head to Ristorante Netti. I figured I’d try something new, so I ordered the Pizza Cipollata. It had a whole lotta cipolle Bianca (white onions), olive neri (black olives), caperi (capers), and achiuge (anchovies). It was delicious, and somehow only cost 5 Euros. Thankfully they added only a few anchovies and spread them out as I only like a hint of the salty fish. I added some pepperoncino (hot pepper oil) to give the pizza a little kick.
