Tonight we had a semi-freddo cake from Shangri La Gelateria.
A semi-freddo is a cake that is frozen, and an hour before eating one should
remove it from the freezer and thaw it out a little. It is very creamy, however
it is pretty light. It is not a heavy filling, a lot of whipped cream and
chocolate. This cake also had cherries on the outer edge.
