Ristorante Netti is my favorite restaurant in Campomarino Lido. Their
lunchtime menu and dinner menus are different, and pizza is only made at night.
So, for Mom’s first night in town, I took her to Netti for pizza. She didn’t
what to expect, but Netti has three pages of their menu just with names of
different style pizzas. You can get a pizza with anchovies and onions, or one
with hot dogs and French fries (a pretty popular delicacy here). I chose Pizza
Scorpion, which had sauce, mozzarella, sharp provolone and spicy sausage. Zia
had a pizza with sauce, mozzarella and prosciutto cotto (cooked ham). Mom
ordered the Pizza Netti, which was a white pizza with chopped fresh tomatoes,
mozzarella di bufala, arugula and shavings of grana padano cheese.
